What If I Dont Know Whats Wrong With My Device?
Sometimes it is difficult to give a quick estimate without seeing the device first, so if you fill out a Repair Request you can ship the device to us, free of charge. Once diagnosed we will give you an exact quote for your repair.
What Is The Difference Between Estimate And Quotation?
The free estimate is the estimated cost of repair upfront, based on the information you have provided and can vary. Once we have received your device, we are able to give an exact quote for your repair which you can conveniently view, accept or decline in our customer portal.
What Is The Free Estimate For?
The free estimate is to give you an idea of costs for your repair.The repair price estimated by our system is an estimate only, based on the information you have provided. The cost to repair your device may be higher than the estimated price (for example, if the information provided was inaccurate, or if your device has other faults). On these occasions, you will be contacted via email or phone to authorise a new repair quotation.
What Happens If I Decline The Quotation?
We charge £8.10 for diagnostic to cover the engineers time plus return shipping if a quotation is declined.
How Long Is The Estimate Valid For?
The estimate is valid for 30 days.
How Can I Ask For A Free Estimate?
You can simply fill out our Estimate Form and we will give you an estimated cost of repair for your device.
How Long Before I Receive An Estimate?
We complete Estimates within one working day but many times it is much quicker.
What Happens If The Repair Is Going To Cost Significantly More Than The Estimate?
We will requote you before we proceed if any additional faults are discovered during the repair or the estimate given does not match. A quotation can be rejected if the repair is not suitable or becomes too expensive. In this case, we will charge £8.10 for diagnostic plus return shipping. Alternately you can request the recycling of your device, and we will waive all fee’s, and our service does not cost you anything at all.
