What Happens If I Dont Pay For My Repair?

Units will be held for a maximum of 30 days after they are either repaired, deemed BER or requiring a requote. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you by phone and email a minimum of 3 times. If you have not made payment within 30 days, the unit will be recycled.

What Is The Minimum Charge?

All repairs carry a “minimum charge” of £8.10 which covers engineer’s time and any parts used in the attempt to repair the unit. After diagnostic, the minimum charge will become due only when:
(a) The unit is Beyond Economical Repair (i.e. it would be cheaper to replace the unit than fix it) (b) We provide a new repair quotation, and you refuse this quotation. Note that the return postage cost will be in addition to the minimum charge. At our discretion, we may waive the minimum fee if you permit us to recycle the damaged unit. (c) The unit is not found to be genuine, and parts are not available. (d) If the repair has been cancelled before the repair process has started.

Do I Have To Pay For The Delivery Of My Device?

No! Unlike other companies, we offer a free drop-off service within the United Kingdom for all out of warranty repairs.Simply fill out the Repair Request, and we will send you a free prepaid post label which you can print off. We use Royal Mail Tracked services which is a parcel service you can trust.If you ship from outside the UK, please organise your own shipping as we can not provide any prepaid shipping label.

The Recycling Is Free If I Cancel The Repair?

Yes, we dont charge for the recycling of your device.

If The Repair Costs Too Much Do I Have To Pay For The Quotation?

Yes, in those cases we charge for diagnostic £8.10 plus the return shipping.

Can I Pay By Paypal What Are The Payment Methods?

Payments can be made at Easypay.Express and all major debit and credit cards are accepted. You also be able to make your payment by Bank Transfer or over the phone but we currently do not accept PayPal.

How And When Do I Pay For The Repair?

Unlike other companies, we do not charge anything in advance. After the repair has been completed, we will send you an invoice which can be paid by any Credit/Debit Card or by Bank Transfer online at Easypay.Express.

If You Cannot Fix My Device How Much Do You Still Charge?

There is no charge at all for the diagnostic if we can not fix the item because parts are not available or the item is simply not repairable. We do however charge for the return postage, please find the details in our Terms & Conditions.
