How Can I Change My Billing Or Return Address?
Please log in to the Customer Portal and select “MY DETAILS” to edit your billing or shipping address.
What Do I Use The Customer Portal For?
Within the customer portal, you can find all the details of your repair from estimates to invoices. You will also be able to leave us comments, check the status of your device.
Where Do I Find My Login Details For The Customer Portal?
When your device arrives at our repair centre it is immediately checked in and we generate login details and email them to you. This email will also contain a link and log-in details to our. You can also request your details at the customer portal log-in page.
How Can I View Accept Or Decline A Quotation?
Log in to the Customer Portal, select Repair Request > Details > View Quote and select Accept or Decline.
Please note that Quotes will be automatically declined if not accepted within two weeks.
