It works by sending a QR code to your mobile, which you take to either a Post Office branch or Royal Mail Customer Service Point (CSP).ย They’ll scan the QR code, print the label, which you can then fix to your parcel andย drop offย while you’re there.

We use the Royal Mail Tracked Service for all our shipments which means that all parcels are insured for up to ยฃ100 only. Please also see Royal Mails Compensation Policy for further information.
Can I Pick Up From The Post Office I Drop It Off At?
Royal Mail will attempt the delivery but if nobody was there to sign for it, or if it was too big for your letterbox Royal Mail will leave a ‘Something for you’ (also known as a P739) card. You can then collect your item from your local Depot or request redelivery on a more suitable date.
