What If My Device Is Liquid Damaged?

Liquid damage repairs can be very temperamental and are carried out on a “best endeavours” basis. On occasions, the original fault can reappear after the unit is repaired and sometimes the defects can even get worse after a period of time.

Please note that we dont offer any warranty on liquid damage repairs.

Do You Use Original Parts?

We always use original parts provided by the manufacturer if possible. However, we use high-quality OEM parts if original parts are not available or do not fit our price structure.

Yes. We have a free nationwide drop-off service UK wide. We also serve the rest of the EU.

What If You Cant Repair My Device?

In the unlikely event that parts are not available or we simply can’t repair your device, we will return the item as is without any costs for diagnostic. However, we will ask for the return shipping costs.

Can The Jack On My Headphones Be Fixed?

Recently you have been getting an extraneous crackling noise?
At times the sound will completely cut out, or the music app will become paused as if you had removed the headphone’s all together?
Means you have most likely an issue with the headphone jack.

We can replace all types of headphone jacks. We always use a very similar jack if the original jack from the manufacturer is not available.

If you have any special request or you would like to have a specific jack fitted simply fill out the Repair Request and we will do the rest.

Where Do You Store And Process All Data?

Can You Remove Malware From My Phone Tablet Or Computer?

Yes, that is possible. We can reinstall the software to any device and restore it to the way it was on the day of purchase. Pleaseย note that all data will be lost and you would need to format the SD card used on your phone or tablet in order to ensure a complete malware removal.
