Can You Install Parts I Supplied?

The installation of consumer-supplied parts is offered. However, we can not guarantee or take liability for the fit and functionality of the said part. Therefore we don’t offer a warranty for products repaired with consumer supplied parts.

Do You Offer Express Service Or Same Day Repair?

We offer a priority repair service which will let you skip the queue of standard repairs, and express shipping apply.

We aim to diagnose and process priority repairs within 1-2 working days from the date they arrive.
However, we can not guarantee any stock or turn around times, and the process will take longer if we need to order parts for your repair.
It usually takes 5-10 working days for parts to arrive, but it can take up to four weeks, depending on the manufacturer.

The priority repair option is subject to a fee of £30 to the total cost of your repair request.

Please also note that if the unit is NFF (no fault found), BER (beyond economical repair) or you refuse a quote, the fee of £30 is due in addition to the minimum charge and the return postage cost.

What Is The Turnaround Time?

Standard Repairs are usually diagnosed and processed within 3-5 working days from the day they arrive. If you select the Priority Repair option, your repair will take priority over non-express repairs and will be usually processed within the next working day.

We aim to diagnose and process standard repairs within 3-5 working days from the date they arrive.

However, we can not guarantee any stock or turn around times, and the process will take longer if we need to order parts for your repair.
It usually takes 5-10 working days for parts to arrive, but it can take up to four weeks, depending on the manufacturer.
If you do require the unit back quickly, then we strongly recommend using our “Priority Repair” option.

Please note that all repairs can take longer during busier times.

You Have Ordered Parts For My Repair When Will They Arrive?

We will email you the estimated time of arrival if available. However, delivery times can vary depending on the supplier, courier or customs. We always use the most economical shipping option to provide affordable repair prices. Therefore parts from outside Europe can take up to 4 weeks to arrive.

We also offer a priority repair option where we use express shipping if your repair is urgent.

How Can I Request A Warranty Repair?

What If I Cancel My Repair?

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your repair contract unless the repair process has started. If you would like to cancel your repair contract, please contact us or call us at 0330 2233644 with your details.

How Long Does The Diagnostics Stage Typically Take Once My Item Arrives?

What Do I Do If My Device Exhibits The Same Fault After It Has Been Repaired?

In the unlikely event, your unit becomes faulty within the warranty period please request a Warranty Return to receive a free returns label.

We will investigate and respond within 3 working days. If the problem is related to the initial repair, we will carry out a further repair free of charge and return at no cost. Has the unit issues not related to the original repair we will quote and contact you.

We will attempt a re-repair on your device TWICE after the initial repair. Should the unit be still faulty, we will issue a refund (minus the minimum charge, postage, and any Express fee). Please note that we will need to see the unit and make sure it is faulty before issuing a refund.

Will You Factory Reset My Device During The Repair?

We take the privacy of your Personal Data seriously. Therefore, we give you the possibility to choose if you would like to retain your data or not.

While all your data remain on your device we need you to remove or disable the password or pattern. Should you not wish to disclose it please be aware that we can not test and therefore guarantee the full functionality of your device.

Alternatively, we can wipe your device prior service to ensure full data protection. Our data wipe service uses government-approved standards to make sure no one can’t get their hands on your data. This service will permanently delete all files and software on your device and will only be carried out if required in the course of repair.

Please always back up your files before sending in your device!

How Do I Cancel A Repair Request?

A repair can be cancelled at any time until we have completed the repair. Simply create a support ticket below with your request and we will cancel the repair request. Please note that there is, however, a service charge due according to our Terms & Conditions.

Do I Need To Clear All Data Before Sending Phone To You?

No, you don’t need to clear all data or reset the phone if you wish to retain your data.

Do You Offer Any Warranty For Your Repairs?

All our Repairs carry a limited three-month or on purchase an extended warranty up to one year on replaced parts and labour except the following:

(a) liquid damage repair
(b) mainboard and PCB board repairs
(c) repairs with consumer supplied parts
(d) jack/plug replacements
(e) non-genuine Products

What Does The Status Awaiting To Check In Means?

It means that we haven’t received your item yet or not yet booked in. Please be patient, if the status is waiting to check-in. Once we received your device we will book it into our system and update you by email with the details.

How Do I Request A Repair When I Have No Mobile Phone Number?
