The first step is to request a Free Estimate. It’s a simple and fast process.
- Click here, select your device and country, then fill out the online form. Tell us what device you have and what is wrong.
- We create an estimate request in our system and send you an email.
- One of our engineers will make an estimate for repair based on the information you have provided.
- You will receive a second email with an estimate for repair costs.
- If you are happy with the price – click the link in the second email and fill out your details and we will send you a prepaid shipping label via email to print* .
We do this to ensure you have a general idea of how much the repair will cost.

You can also request a repair without an estimate first
You can also send in any item without an estimate and decide on the repair once we have quoted you. Just complete the repair request form and we will send you a prepaid shipping label via email.
Drop-Off and Ship
Drop-off your phone for repair at any post office and ship it for free with our prepaid tracked returns shipping label. We will, of course, notify you once the item’s received at our service centre. Drop your device off for repair at a post office close to your home: Find one nearest to you.
Once the repair’s completed, we will send you the final invoice which can be conveniently paid online, by bank transfer or over the phone.
Returning your Repair
After fully testing your device we return your item to your home or business address using Royal Mail’s tracked shipping service. Upon completion of payment, we will dispatch your item within one working day and you will receive an email with the tracking details once dispatched.
Our parts are manufacturer-approved and RoHS compliant.
RoHS is a product level compliance based on the European Union’s Directive 2002/95/EC, the Restriction of the Use of certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment (RoHS).
If you get us to repair your device, you can be assured that only original or OEM parts of the highest quality will be used. And if required we can use a 2nd hand part which you can provide, or we source at your request.
Once successfully repaired we quality check carefully every device.

This means that if your device fails with the same fault, we will repair it for you free of charge. If for any reason it isn’t possible to repair your device under warranty, we will be happy to give you a full no-quibble refund for the original repair.
